Standard Design Package
Adding Company logo
Each template site will either come with a generic logo for the trade the template is focused on, to which we can add your company name, or come with a text logo that we will be able to replace with the your company name.
We will be able to replace the existing template logo with the your existing logo if you have one that you wish to use. It is important however that the logo fits into the space available. We will crop or shrink the image to fit the space but cannot add a larger image within the basic design fee. If this is required we can do so for an additional fee (please see Layout Changes below). If there are animations added to the logo in a flash site then replacing it with your existing logo may result in loss of animation.
Changing Page Titles
The templates come with the Page Titles already set but we can change these within the limits of the available space. Where we are unable to meet your requirements exactly, we will do our best to accommodate a shorter approximation to the titles required.
Adding Written Information
When we order a template it arrives with Latin place-holding text. This text can be replaced with written information from you. It is important, however, to have as close as possible to the same amount of text to replace what is already there in the template.
We cannot put three paragraphs where there are only currently three lines and the other way around would leave large empty spaces.
Swapping Images
We will insert any existing images you provide us with into the site. However, it is important that the images are similar sizes and shapes as large differences in sizes cause problems with the layout of the site.
Removal of Sound Effects
Only templates including Flash content will have sound effects. These are normally applied to the opening image and the menu rollovers or possibly background music. We can remove any sound effects as requested and can add new ones, if requested. These can be sourced via our music library, or if sourced elsewhere, will be subject to copyright restraints.

This package includes everything within the Standard Design Package, plus your requirements from the following:
Changing the Colour Scheme of the site
We understand that most companies will wish to apply their company branding to their website this normally includes their logo and colour scheme. We recommend that you select a template with the colour scheme that matches your company’s as closely as possible so that only minor changes may be required.
Changing the colour scheme of a website is not just changing the images and the colour of the fonts. It also includes changing any small images or icons used as links or changing the background image of headers or boxes on the site.
Changing the page Layout
The layout out of a site can be altered when:
Larger images are added
More text is added
Text or images or sections are removed
We are happy to remove items and if replacements are not required then the space will stay empty. The templates are set up in a way that each page is split into sections that are all different shapes and sizes so we cannot simply move areas around without affecting the rest of the site.
Layout changes require a lot of time and for that reason we request that if you wish to change the layout on more than one page that a different template is chosen.
A quote for the development fee chargeable for this change will be given when it is requested.
It is standard that each template will have a header and menu that appear on every page of the site. No changes to these can be made other than replacing like sized images and text. Size and position of both the header and menu will remain the same as changing these will change the layout of the site which will require a lot of time to ensure everything still fits in the right places and for that reason we request that if you wish to change the header or menu that a different template is chosen.
Adding Extra/Removing pages
It is likely that you will request that pages are added or removed from the site.
This will require alterations to the menu of the site alongside the creation of the new pages.
Each case will be reviewed and a quote will be given for the development work required for each individual site.
Design Requirements outside the above Packages
Other changes requested will require a quote for the development fee applicable. This will be given if the alteration is possible after a review of the request within the development department.
